All deliveries are carried out by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control. We always do our very best to assist you through the process by providing tracking numbers for every order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

No refunds. Exchanges are allowed if the item purchased is damaged or we sent you the wrong size. Apparel size charts are available on the website. Please ensure that you select the correct size, style, etc.

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before we ship out your order. Shipping times vary from 7-10 business days. Embroidered items/ customized orders may take between 7-14 days or longer based on the amount purchased. If you need expediated shipping, please contact us.
